Don’t do it alone
Don’t do it alone
You might
see yourself as a more than able human that is capable of being independent and
being a one man/woman band. Nothing wrong with that, as it can be very
convenient and comfortable, nowhere to check in, no one to report to and just
being detached.
While it is
totally possible to do it, but the million dollar question is it worth it?
In an era
where entrepreneurship and being an entrepreneur is in the middle of everything and is being the life that a lot of
people desire with all what it offers. But
like every good thing, there is a bad side to it that can be very frustrating. Well, it gets really lonely and overwhelming as
you have to do everything yourself unless
you can afford employees.
For most fresh
on the market entrepreneurs, having money is not a luxury that you have at the beginning
of your journey and your resources might be limited at first. Usually stuck
with the decision, of continuing the struggle or going back to the warmth of
employment. Well, there is always another
option, how about not doing it alone?
You can
always find someone or a group of people that want to jump on and join you on
your journey as long as you are willing to look and analyze what does everyone
bring to the table and how can you all grow together and individually. Having a
workgroup is always a healthy practice,
as each individual brings a unique set of skills, practices, characteristics, and experiences to the table that through
sharing it may lead to something very successful for all parties.
Going solo,
shouldn’t be a lonely experience rather it should lead to collectiveness and
growth.
I tell my self this all the time lol
