When you are a Superstar in your job If you are new to your job or an employee with a lot of experience, there is always that status that most people aspire to achieve or not in their job which is the superstar status. Most companies see you as a talent that they would like to add to their ranks, and for them to teach you and gain from your talents in order to benefit the company and pay you a salary plus incentives or whatever the deal is in return. However, this is the usual norm, you clock in and out, five times a week from 9 – 5 do your daily tasks and live your life happily ever after.
