How to deal with stress This is a very tough situation to deal with as the factors and the cause of stress can be many. Most people on the planet suffer from stress, I know for a fact that I do. But what really causes it, I have no idea, I don’t even know sometimes if it is really mine or I caught it from someone else and I just took it all in like a sponge.  There are a lot of causes of stress, to sum up, some of them, it might be work, studying, family issues, relationship issues, inability to achieve something that you really want and have been working on and everything really around you has the potential to create stress. The implication of stress is vast, from mental health problems, physical health problems, overeating, and anger to name a few. Winning mentality Two days two posts in a row, yep I am trying to get back to the old habit of writing something every day, just like the good old days.  In a world that is dominated by confidence and how you carry yourself around, the way you want to present yourself to the world and how you would want people to identify you, one element really stands out though which is the   “winning mentality”. I guess you will need to stand in front of a mirror for this one and look yourself in the eyes and ask yourself, are you a winner?  Well, it is perfectly fine if you just want to fly under the radar, keep it low key nothing wrong with that, but if you ever want something more, that is exactly when you need to work on your mentality and the way you think.
