How to deal with stress This is a very tough situation to deal with as the factors and the cause of stress can be many. Most people on the planet suffer from stress, I know for a fact that I do. Winning mentality Two days two posts in a row, yep I am trying to get back to the old habit of writing something every day, just like the good old days.  In a world that is dominated by confidence and how you carry yourself around, the way you want to present yourself to the world and how you would want people to identify you, one element really stands out though which is the   “winning mentality”. The Tree Syndrome It has been almost two months since my last post, one may wonder where has all this time gone as I only realized it has been two months since I last posted an entrée once I logged in to my account and saw the date of the last post.
